Our Admission Procedure

At East West Nursing College & Institute, we are dedicated to providing high-quality nursing education that combines academic knowledge with practical clinical experience. Our academic programs are designed to produce competent, confident, and compassionate nurses who are prepared to serve in diverse healthcare settings both nationally and internationally.

We emphasize evidence-based learning, critical thinking, and professional ethics to prepare students to meet the growing challenges of the healthcare sector. Selection Process

Admission is granted based on eligibility criteria, academic qualifications, and results of the admission test as per the rules and regulations of the Bangladesh Nursing & Midwifery Council (BNMC) and the University of Dhaka, where applicable.

Form Distribution

Interested candidates can download the Admission Form (PDF) from the official website of East West Nursing College & Institute (EWNC & NI) as per the admission circular published in national and local newspapers.

Applicants are required to pay the prescribed application fee as mentioned in the admission notice and follow the instructions provided in the prospectus.

Form Submission

The application form must be downloaded, printed, and filled in properly. After completing the form and attaching all required documents, applicants must submit the scanned copy of the application form along with necessary attachments via the official admission email address within the deadline mentioned in the admission circular. Incomplete or late applications will not be accepted.

Required Attachments

The following documents must be attached with the application form for:

  • B.Sc. in Nursing (Basic)
  • B.Sc. in Nursing (Post Basic)
  • Diploma in Nursing Science & Midwifery
  • M.Sc. in Nursing
  1. Academic transcripts of SSC and HSC (or equivalent) examinations and attested photocopies of certificates/testimonials.
  2. For Post Basic applicants: Diploma certificate, registration certificate, and relevant academic documents.
  3. Original citizenship certificate issued by Municipality/Union Parishad Chairman (attested copy).
  4. Recent passport-size attested color photographs.
  5. Attested photocopy of National Identity Card (NID).
  6. Attested photocopy of Birth Certificate (Bangla and English version).
  7. Admit card and result copy of the admission test conducted by Bangladesh Nursing & Midwifery Council (if applicable).
  8. Payment receipt of the application fee.
